The estate company is owned jointly by all apartment owners. A volunteer board of directors represent the interests of owners on a day-to-day basis and ensure that standards are maintained and issues are resolved.
The board manage the funds of the company and set the service charge. The board are appointed by an annual general meeting of owners.
A directly employed estate management team work every weekday to effect repairs, manage risks, and renew the estate in line with our quality standards.
A property services company is engaged to support us with administrative, technical and commercial skills, and an emergency helpline.
